GENESIS PILOT PROGRAMMES
The Genesis Pilot Programmes were designed to essentially provide graduates a quicker pathway into pilot employment following achievement of the qualifications. Even today in the current environment of looming pilot shortages, it remains difficult to find the first job immediately out of the flight school. Why is that? Well, the answer to this question is in the form of another question: What businesses/flying operations are around that can employ an individual with approximately 150 hours of flying experience with or without a multi-engine endorsement and command instrument rating? Not many.
General Aviation covers a multitude of tasks other than those typical of major airlines, including Flight Training, Aerial Work (surveillance, spotting etc), Aircraft Charter (Passenger and Freight) as well as small regular public transport (RPT) operations. The types of aircraft that operators own and use on these operations are wide and varied. However, unlike major airlines all the flying is conducted as a single pilot. The difference here is that pilots will need to build up substantial experience on smaller and slower aircraft first to enable progression through the general aviation sector, slowly moving up the ladder of aircraft types. Often smaller operators who have single engine type aircraft do not have the ability to progress employees up onto a twin so options become limited. These operators are generally the only type who can employ recently qualified pilots, who do not have the necessary experience to move straight into larger, faster, more sophisticated aircraft. All of this takes time and money, and pilots have become disenchanted with this path as their main goal clearly was to be flying within an airline as quickly as possible.
The biggest advantage of National Aerospace Training's Genesis Pilot Programmes is that they deliver the ability for a charter operator with these larger more sophisticated machines to employ the graduating pilots from this course, all of whom will have the particular endorsements and flying experience they require. This is a unique and exclusive position that only National Aerospace can offer Genesis graduates. The opportunity is now there through these Genesis Pilot Programmes to gain immediate employment within the industry as a pilot earning good money.
National Aerospace has initiated a new flight training system designed specifically to have candidates ready for serious flying at the completion of their qualifications.
This is achieved by employing a new method of training from what has been previously used. Charter aircraft will be used for the students training during their Commercial Licence and Instrument Rating training. This will therefore present better value for money as a student will be not only endorsed on the very aircraft that they will be flying when training finishes, but they will be experienced with many hours already notched up.
It is of little benefit to be flying in aircraft that one is not going to be flying in upon graduation, as lack of aircraft qualifications and experience will hamper the job opportunities upon graduation. It is the intention of National Aerospace to provide the most value for money programmes where the students will become well-trained and ready for immediate employment.
National Aerospace's sister company DirectAir operates in excess of 20 charter aircraft around Australia. Together the aim is to provide a seamless pathway for aspiring pilots to become true professionals. Whether your dream is to become a flight instructor, charter pilot or an airline pilot, National Aerospace will get you there in the quickest, most cost effective way possible. There is no other school or university that can offer this exclusive opportunity.
Your dream can now become your reality.
